What a month!

Hello friends,

The reality is that October is coming to an end!  I'm simply not ready for that.  I don't like the winter months, for one reason or another, and I get terribly upset when October ends.  Well...what can you do.  

This has been quite the month, though.  Visits from family the first part and my Mister taking off a few days made it seem as if I only got about two weeks of October.  Then my grandblessings were here for almost a week during Autumn break.  I was tickled to death for tham to be here!

We baked cookies and bread.  Well, my granddaughter and I did...my grandson ate them!  HaHa!

We also took them to the Pumpkin Patch.  We haven't gotten to do that the past few years because they moved so it was only natural that we go when they were here.  We've been going to the same patch since my daughter was young.  It never disappoints.

This picture makes me laugh. He is usually the one who initiates the hugs. Not this day! He never fails to surprise me and neither of them ever fail to make me laugh

While PawPaw and the grandson were going through the corn maze, my granddaughter wanted to go to the parakeet palace.  We both love that.  Usually, we never get a parakeet to come to us(probably because of the noise of all the people) but on this day...Well you can look at her face and tell just how blessed she was.  She's been going through some things and this was a perfect sign from Adonai that it's all going to work out.

After they went home they got another surprise blessing!  Their baby brother was born a couple of weeks early and a week after they got home, here he came!

They are quite smitten with him and have been a big help to my daughter. By the way...see that hand on my granddaughter's shoulder? Told you he was the one who brings the hugs! LoL...they really are best friends. with uch a huge age difference you wouldn't think they would be that close but they are!
